Training is broken into men’s and women’s groups and workouts are broken into training phases and groups are kept to small maximize quality.

OMNI PERFORMANCE

At Omni Performance, we specialize in Semi-Private Coaching with personalized programming tailored to your fitness level and goals. In our Semi-Private sessions, groups of up to five members train together, each following their own individualized programme.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our approach ensures you get the full support of our expert coaches to help you improve your health and reach your goals.

Our services include sports performance, injury prevention (pre-hab), rehabilitation, youth development, and weight management. With a team of highly experienced coaches, educated in sports science and human performance, you’ll receive personalized attention and guidance every step of the way.

PURE HEALTH

PURE HEALTH is run by trainer Carlo Milo. The class focuses on a mixture of high intensity and strength training movements.

Our training schedule is on a 12 weeks basis and is broken down into 4-week cycles. We do this so that we can accurately measure client progression while continually introducing variation into the training.

Classes are lively with a great mixed community..
